Keyaki Japanese Restaurant, Pan Pacific Hotel Singapore

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]It’s been a while since my last visit to Keyaki Japanese (Hokkaido) Restaurant, in Pan Pacific Hotel Singapore. The last time was with my mum maybe almost two decades ago. I remember Keyaki had fantastic food… and it still has! The dinner was a treat from the Sales Manager from Pan Pacific Hotel Singapore whom we have never met. He wanted to buy us dinner as we have been staying at the hotel for a few years now. We are frequent visitors of the hotel.

We ordered the Fuku set each which is the chef’s selection of Amuse Bouche, Appetiser, Clear Soup, Sashimi, Grilled Course, Tomezara, Sushi, Miso Soup and Dessert. We also there in the grilled cod with miso and the grilled scallop. With the Fuku set, we were at the mercy of the chef as we sat and chatted away about anything and everything. The dinner menu of Keyaki can be downloaded here.

So here are the pictures!
