[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]It was the AFL (Australian Football League) Grand Final on Saturday 1 October 2016 and we wanted to make a day of it by going to the movies and then finishing it off with a nice meal. We watched Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children at Crown Entertainment Complex in Melbourne. When the movie ended, it was a good time for us to have dinner! We made our way down to Nobu which was also in Crown complex. Just to give you a little background of Nobu and us.
We absolutely love Nobu especially in Melbourne. It has high quality food and has professional staff that knows a lot about what they serve including how they are prepared. We go there pretty often and the staff including the chefs and managers know us and always make our dining experience special whenever we visit them.
We always know what to have, what to start off with at Nobu. Even the wait staff remember our starting drinks! That night was no different. We had our usuals. Started off with the Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna, then for mains, we had the Nobu Signature dish – Black Cod Miso, plus the Nasu (Eggplant) Miso accompanied with bowls of rice. After that, we had a selection of our favourite sushi/nigiri and cut rolls, and ended off the meal with some ice-cream. We love Nobu Melbourne… it’s our go-to place.
At Nobu Melbourne, we don’t get a fantastic meal – we get a fantastic dining experience.
