The best, the best, the best. Only recently, I expressed that I don’t bother wasting time eating food that doesn’t give me pleasure, regardless of whether it is healthy or not.
Outram Park Fried Kway Teow Mee used to be located nearer to the Outram Park MRT Station, where my paternal grandparents used to live a while back. I remember my grandmother would take her tin container to them when she does takeaway. I can’t remember how it tasted until today. This afternoon’s lunch was just that.
The queue just to get some of their delicious char kway teow is so long that it goes around the back of the stall and down the corridor. When you get to the front of the line, it would be worth the wait if you get more than three plates or packets of takeaway.
Oh I have missed you, CKT, my old friend.
